About Az

My hair passion began as a curious, and some might say overzealous, 8-year-old. My younger sister wanted her hair to look like our mom’s fresh bob hairstyle and who was I to say no? While her hair didn’t quite look like our mom’s, it did open the door for to me to begin experimenting with hair, as I was tasked with my sister’s hair moving forward. My mother purchased a mannequin head for me to practice on, which led to family members and friends 

allowing me to experiment as well.

I am eternally grateful for every friend and family member that has allowed me to practice and excel in my craft and I’m happy to share Hair By Az, LLC with the world.
